I need my part I ordered on 9/10/2021. Where is it. No one will respond to my inquiries.

Thank you for contacting us. Please check your email inbox again. I have just resent the order processing and completion confirmation emails. The shipping with the tracking details will be posted on the next business day if there will not be any delays. The item is currently dispatched and waiting for shipping. If there is a delay, we will upgrade the postage to compensate the delay. But as of now, I do not see any issues and everything is going as it was scheduled.
