We always do our best to make sure that you receive your order in timeliest fashion available. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Large assembly parts, such as Microwave door assemblies, dishwasher sump-pump motor assemblies, that are stocked on MTO (made to order) bases will take additional 1-2 days for assembling. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.

Thank you for writing us. I have just checked the tracking details and it looks like it was picked up by USPS today around noon (January 4, 2022, 12:26 pm) ETA Jan 7th (Friday). This is still soonest date from the initial ETA your were given at the time of the order. At that time the ETA was given 5-7 business days. Currently we are looking at 5th business day which is on Friday. Anyways, consider the time of the year as well, so there could be delays.
Also, I have reviewed the order but you should not been expecting it sooner. Please look closely at the ETA you were given at the time of purchase. Each product shows ETA on its listing page. We actually processed it fairly quickly. Although it was processed the same day and scheduled for pick up on 31th, the USPS did not pick it up until the next business day. This was expected and that is why as a customer courtesy we gave you free priority postage shipping. You are still going to receive your package on the soonest premised day. 5-7 business days is our average delivery time rate.
Do you notify customers when there order is shipped? And do you have tracking on that order?
Yes, I have just resent the shipping confirmation. Please check the spam folder in case it is not in the email inbox.
The shipping confirmation is email when the package is scheduled for the carrier pickup.
