Restocking fee is 10% on all orders which shipping postage was paid by the customer.
The restocking fees for orders shipped using “free shipping” method are 20%-30% due the higher processing cost associated with the shipping postage which was paid by the company.
The returns that are received in minor damaged condition but are still in refurbish-able condition will have 30%-75% restocking fee depending on the cost of the repairs.
